Hi, I'm Emily

I’ve always loved being behind the camera, and for the past six years, I’ve been intentionally building a career around it. I was born and raised in Kansas City, and I’m proud to call this city home. I have a huge love for travel and the people and places that come with it. I’m always excited to experience somewhere new, meet new people, and tell stories along the way. No matter where you’re getting married, I’d love to be there.

Outside of filmmaking, you’ll usually find me somewhere outdoors, staying active, getting lost in a good book, or working on my latest quilt. I’m drawn to things that take time and intention. I love watching something slowly come together, piece by piece, until all those little details become something bigger.

That’s why I love making films so much.

I’m also a lover of fashion, especially unique secondhand pieces that feel like an extension of who I am. My dog is my best friend, and her golden personality is a constant reminder to slow down and find a little joy in the everyday.

And then there are my friends—the people who encourage me, challenge me, and cheer me on. I think friendship is one of the greatest gifts in life, and I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by people who make life richer.

I think the way we live shapes the way we create. I want to approach your wedding the same way I approach the things I love: thoughtfully, intentionally, and with an appreciation for all the little pieces that make up the bigger picture.
